Update on the end of maintenance:
The EMERGENCY HQ servers are now back online and everyone can play once more! Our technicians have brought the servers back online in increments. We are monitoring the servers closely to catch any issues that may crop up as a result.
For the moment some issues with unit trainings and building upgrades can still persist. If an upgrade you started has not finished or trying to start an upgrade causes an error, please remain patient for about 24 hours. Our servers are recalculating these entries and will fix errors that might have crept in.
Thank you for your patience during this unscheduled interruption. Have fun in EMERGENCY HQ!
Update on the ongoing maintenance:
We are still working on resolving the issue and make EMERGENCY HQ available to everyone again. But the issue is keeping us very busy and our technicians need more time to work on it.
Many of you have already asked, but at this point we cannot give a reliable estimate when the servers will be back online.
We will keep you informed as soon as there are news to share.
